About the Company:
Alnair is a B2B platform for the real estate market. We work with agencies and developers, providing tools for searching, presenting, and acquiring real estate in the UAE, Thailand, Oman, and Bali.
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our distributed team and ensure a high level of service for our clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Support and consult B2B users of the Alnair platform via chat, email, and phone calls.
Assist clients in working with the platform interface, presentations, and additional services.
Conduct online presentations of the platform.
Collect and relay customer feedback to the product team.
Maintain a log of customer inquiries in the support system and help create knowledge base articles and user guides.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in IT, SaaS, or PropTech.
English language proficiency at C2 level (will be tested during the interview).
Russian - C2.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex topics.
Confidence in conducting online presentations and training calls.
Ability to work independently and within a distributed team.
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with English-speaking clients in real estate, startups, or SaaS products.
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Chaport).
