We a looking for a Customer Support Officer for a high-tech company, which creates and promotes IT solutions for the FinTech industry. Their products are used by more than 250,000 customers all over the world.

So... The main Duties are:

• Developing and maintaining positive client relationships
• Organizing and coordinating client support workflow for maximum efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and policies
• Identifying training needs and strengthening the performance of the team to meet KPIs
• Processing of incoming requests

Few words about you :

• At least one-year relevant experience in Customer Support Team (Fintech or related sector will be a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to process incoming requests from several communication channels
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Stress resistance and sociability

Stack:

CRM / JIRA / Confluence / Helpdesk / MT4-5
