Вакансия: Support Manager

ANY.RUN is the number one company among other systems for investigating suspicious files for malware threats. Our clients are well-known companies from the USA, Europe, Asia, and other countries all around the world.

Your duties:

  • Your primary responsibility will be to answer queries from current and new clients, help them get technical issues solved, communicate with the developers, QA, and project manager, handle alerts, and assist customers who have encountered any problems.
  • Improve the customer experience and get feedback to build further roadmaps.

You are the one we need if:

  • Your English level is from advanced and higher (fluent English)
  • You know how to carry on business correspondence;
  • Have experience in the IT-sphere (cybersecurity is a huge advantage, any IT knowledge is also a must);
  • You are patient and can describe the same information in different ways;
  • Catch the main point of a client s request and can see the matter in a couple of questions;
  • You can navigate through a large amount of information and collect the most important things in the answer (though we are always glad to give a hand);
  • You write emails quickly and clearly in English;
  • You can control your tasks and time (there is no need for extra butt punches);
  • You have higher education.
