We are now looking for a well-organized, bright, inquisitive, and energetic Senior Java Developer to join the back-end development team. This team is the technical engine of the company as we utilize our data to help us determine the best solutions for our processes. In this role, you will be responsible for code base developing and implementation. You will also work with developers on RnD tasks, working cross-functionally to explore trends and identify opportunities to create value.
**Remote work or relocation to Cyprus can be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams, data scientists and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Handle potential trade-offs occurring during the implementation phase, make decisions and suggest the right course of action, as well as establish patterns
- Accelerate innovation by detecting high-impact, repeatable solutions for the product, iteratively deploying them and representing Aram Meem capabilities in AWS Cloud Solutions to customers and the community
- Develop visually appealing front-end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
- Perform root cause analysis of issues to assist in determining the source of problems
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or in a related field
- Demonstrated work experience of at least 5 years in designing and developing services or applications within an organization
- Experience of at least 5 years in Java/Spring and hands on experience with solid principles and clean code methodology

Will be considered an advantage:
- Experience in designing and implementing modern cloud-based applications
- Good understanding of/and building, fault-tolerant and no-downtime distributed cloud systems
- Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms
