Responsibilities:

• Create ads and job posts through different channels and job boards to look for drivers and candidates for other open positions at the company

• Communicate with applicants via phone, zoom, LI, tg, etc.

• Source relevant candidates, interview them and arrange required pre-employment check

• Input data into a hiring funnel/reports etc

• Maintaining HR processes such as retention

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment or sales/logistics is essential

• Fluent English

• Ability to work with people, communication skills, stress resistance, ability to learn, quick response

• A computer with good headphones and microphone, uninterrupted high-speed Internet access

• Experience of working with English speaking customers will be a plus
