Responsibilities:
Create ads and job posts through different channels and job boards to look for drivers and candidates for other open positions at the company
Communicate with applicants via phone, zoom, LI, tg, etc.
Source relevant candidates, interview them and arrange required pre-employment check
Input data into a hiring funnel/reports etc
Maintaining HR processes such as retention
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or sales/logistics is essential
Fluent English
Ability to work with people, communication skills, stress resistance, ability to learn, quick response
A computer with good headphones and microphone, uninterrupted high-speed Internet access
Experience of working with English speaking customers will be a plus
