We are looking for a Customer support specialist to join our team, who you will be responsible for helping players resolve their issues and continue enjoying the game that they love.
Responsibilities
Providing support to players through messaging platform, for inquiries about game, features, promotions, game progression and experience, technical issues, lost accounts, missing wins, purchase issues. Find creative ways to resolve problems and make players happy.
Identify root causes of recurring issues and suggest ways to resolve them.
Identify constructive feedback from players.
Reply to inquiries in different languages using translation tools.
Notify QA specialists about mass problems in the games.
Requirements
C1-C2 English mastery, with an emphasis on written communication skills.
Experience in a Customer Support environment is a plus!
Open to develop a player-first mindset and offer exquisite player support.
Possessing the ability to multitask, think quickly on your feet, so that you can make solid decisions.
Flexible schedule: Mon-Wed, Sat-Sun. 30hr week.
