What you will be doing

• Pitching and positioning ideas for product and feature development

• refine FinTech products vision: maintain the Products Roadmap in collaboration with the product development team

• deliver innovation via continuous product development and business process improvement

• assume the role of FinTech subject matter expert, building a strong understanding of our business model, market and industry

Working with engineering and design teams to bring the product to life

• work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance, while ensuring revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals are met

Ensuring that each product meets the needs of the target customer

• communicate the state of projects across the team and Executives

About you

knowledge and abilities

• you have strong written and verbal English and Russian skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with engineering teams

• you have an exceptional knowledge of card payment processing products gained through working for a PSP or an acquiring bank with a proven track record of launching and maintaining payment products (is a plus)

• you have deep understanding of a contemporary payment's ecosystem and especially card products, payment processing protocols and standards (is a plus)

• you have deep understanding of a banking ecosystem and main products (is a plus)

• you have understanding of market trends and what contemporary digital banking and banking should be (is a plus)

• you have strong sense of responsibility with a bias towards action

• you have a scrappy and hustle mindset with a healthy dose of skepticism

• you are results oriented with a bias towards action

• you are good-natured, and a generally positive person

ability to

• to roll up your sleeves, solve problems and build long-term solutions

• to envision the short term and long term horizon of the product

• to constantly iterate

education

• Bachelor s Degree or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA or related is a plus experience

• 4+ years in a Product Manager / Product Owner role in payments or banking domains.
