Company Overview: We specialize in software development for telecom, eSIM technology, banking, and identity solutions. Our expertise lies in creating innovative software products that enhance communication, streamline financial services, and improve user identification processes.

Responsibilities:

• Corporate Financial Management :

  • Oversee and manage financial operations for legal entities in Russia, Dubai, and Switzerland.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations for all three entities.

• Collaboration and Coordination :

  • Interact with accounting agencies, outsourcing firms, and strategic partners to streamline financial processes for each entity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions across all jurisdictions.

• Budgeting and Reporting :

  • Develop and manage the consolidated budget for all entities, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
  • Prepare and present management reports, highlighting key financial metrics and insights for each entity.

• Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Liaise with shareholders, providing transparent and accurate financial information for all entities.
  • Support the Board of Directors with strategic financial planning and risk management for the entities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within multinational operations.
• Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and reporting for multiple legal entities.
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a track record of managing finances for companies with multiple legal entities.
• Experience with financial regulations and compliance in Russia, Dubai, and Switzerland is highly desirable.
