DGI Tech Group is a worldwide value-added reseller, supplier, and integrator of tech solutions for digital businesses and enterprises. Based in Cyprus, we offer a full range of Web & Mobile Performance, Cloud Security, and Hosting services across Europe, US, and Asia. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our expansion into international markets. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals. Responsibilities:
Independently attract and qualify new leads for your pipeline, as well as work collaboratively with lead generation specialists.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, collaborate with technical specialists to present solutions and address client needs.
Drive clients through the sales pipeline to close deals.
Consistently meet or exceed targets for sales.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
Exceptional command of English; additional languages are a plus.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Development or similar role within the IT sector.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Previous experience in IT system integration is advantageous but not required.
