Hello, my name is Angelina, and I am the HR Manager at Evdokimovv Event

We organize educational forums in industries such as:

• International Restaurant Business Week;
• Russian Beauty Salon Week, and others since 2016.

Additionally, this year we are organizing conferences in Dubai, such as:

• Dubai Beauty Salon Week;
• Dubai Restaurant Week.

We create events where renowned business owners (importantly, we do not engage in info-business) share their experiences and technologies. These are industry forums that help leaders stay trendy, learn about the latest management and promotion technologies, network, and exchange experiences.

Recently, we have been actively expanding and are looking for remote sales managers - call center operators in English.

Responsibilities:

• Sell tickets and partnership packages for the conference;
• Remotely process client requests. Clients will already receive information about the forum or courses via WhatsApp before interacting with you;
• Interact with clients through calls in the amoCRM system and messengers;
• Control payment receipts and redirect to the event organization department.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or call center;
• You are not afraid of handling objections and understand that it's a way to work with clients;
• You are ready to go through a challenging selection process where typically 8 out of 10 candidates fail;
• You want to work in a company whose products genuinely help people.

Conditions:

• Training in Russian for all candidates who successfully pass the interview. You will have a mentor, and the training is automated, allowing you to progress from simple to complex tasks effectively;
• High motivation: on average, an effective employee earns 90,000 - 100,000 rubles, while top employees can earn up to 300,000 rubles per month when events are held;
• Simple product, easy to understand and meet sales targets;
• Remote work from home only a laptop/computer, headset, and good internet are required (screen size of at least 15 inches, at least 8 GB of RAM);
• Comfortable work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 or 10:00 to 18:00 - 19:00 (depending on your time zone) in Moscow time.
