Ostrovok is a travel-tech company that creates platforms for online booking of hotels, air tickets and other services for both individual travelers and corporate clients and travel agencies.
Our brands: Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok.ru, Ostrovok.ru Командировки. We develop projects both in Russia and abroad.

Right now we are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Corporate Development team as a Manager .

You will play a crucial role in facilitating the Company's growth and efficiency improvements and creating shareholder value.

Main responsibilities:

  • develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, strategic planning, and operating projections;

  • lead the preparation of high-impact materials for the executive team, board of directors, shareholders, investors, and other internal and external stakeholders;

  • manage end-to-end M&A processes, including target identification, due diligence, negotiation, and management of internal workstreams;

  • contribute to the implementation of business initiatives working closely with cross-functional teams;

  • keep up-to-date industry knowledge, incl. valuation and operating benchmarking in online travel and general tech markets to inform strategic decisions.

Our requirements:

  • at least two years of corporate finance experience in investment banking, management consulting, and business valuation;

  • strong analytical skills and ability to understand key business drivers;

  • advanced financial modeling experience;

  • high accountability and willingness to take ownership of workstreams;

  • ability to distill complex concepts from many sources into simple, high-impact materials;

  • excellent communication skills in English and Russian (verbal and written);

  • experience in the technology sector would be a plus.
