Due to the growth of both our HR team and the company, we are seeking an experienced Training and development manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing comprehensive learning programs, and ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
Relocation assistance to Malta available after 6 months Russia-based work (negotiable).
Key Responsibilities:
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to identify employee training needs and gather relevant data
Program Development: Analysis of existing training programs and materials, design and implement new programs, including selecting appropriate training providers
Process Improvement: Build and optimize training processes within the company
Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and analyze results to inform future programs
Delivery: Organize and facilitate training sessions, such as workshops, webinars, and presentations
Market Analysis: Stay updated on the latest training trends and select suitable training programs
Required Qualifications:
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Experience in international IT companies is essential
Proven experience in training and development across diverse industries
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Confluence and other tools
Excellent training and facilitation skills
Experience in successfully developing and implementing training programs
