We are inviting an IT Recruiter to join our HR team.
Responsibilities:
Active search for C-level, D-level candidates, positions are also open: analysts, developers, QA, PM, etc.
Using non-standard search tools.
Conducting HR interviews, assessment of competencies.
Management of candidates in the Huntflow at all stages.
Necessary skills:
Experience in the selection of IT personnel for at least three years.
Strong experience in evaluating competencies and software.
Understanding hard skills in IT.
Experience of closing from three IT positions per month.
Experience working in a team with a sourcer.
The ability to manage positions independently: strategy and flow of work on a position, organization of sourcing.
The ability to use non-standard candidate search resources.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
