Auslogics Software is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work in email support. This is a full-time, permanent position with the advantage of working from home (remote).
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in technical support for English-speaking users is highly desirable
- MUST have excellent written English skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Detail oriented and responsible, with good analytical skills
- At least B1/B2 level of Russian knowledge is required
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users in English
- Process incoming emails
- Provide support for company software products, including assistance with purchase and registration
- Work with developers and QA specialists to fix bugs and resolve customers issues
- Ensure automation of support process
