• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present results to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and set goals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
