We value people who are optimistic, collaborative, who take ownership, talk less do more, can learn from failure, and have the want to make others successful Responsibilities Visual assets / participation in the following design activities: Forming and discussion of Visual Design Brief Working with modern grid systems Designing of User Interface sketches, mockups, and prototypes Style Guides, UI Guidelines, Design Systems creation, and support Micro animations for User Interface UX Design area including the creation of the following UX assets: Discovery and Research Documentation Personas and User Scenarios, CJM UX Briefs and Questionnaires IA Schemas, Diagrams, and Mind Maps UX Reviews, UX Reports, Usability Testing Reports Wireframes and Interactive Prototypes Managerial and other tasks that might require lead designer’s participation: Installation and management of delivery process on the project Working closely with stakeholders Conducting workshops Managing pre-sale activities Taking part in client proposals Presenting and advocating design decisions Leading design tea Requirements You have people management experience including hiring, motivation, mentorship, and running a successful team of visual designers Experience in full product development cycle: from research to launch, preferable with enterprise related products Capability to translate and convert business KPI’s to tactical tasks Talent to manage and eliminate conflict issues You have significant experience presenting work to and communicating directly with customers You have at least a B2 verbal level of English We offer Innovative solutions delivery to the world’s digital changes Experience exchange with colleagues all around the world Opportunities for self-realization Friendly team and enjoyable working environment Engineering, corporate, and social events Social package: professional & soft skills training, medical & family care programs, sports Internal English classes Flexible working schedule with remote work options
