Ideal candidate for us from Fashion industry

Responsibilities:

• To organize and coordinate incoming customer orders via EDI, e-mail, live chat and by phone with the subsequent resolution of all customer questions and with the approval of all necessary changes in orders
• To create of shipping documents, including TORG-12, certificates, and other documents according to the requirements and requests of customers
• To ensure the process of document flow with clients, to ensure the availability of all documents in accordance with the procedures of clients and Russian legislation
• To Implement EDI and other processes
• To organize effectively coordination with the Sales, Planning and logging team to identify areas of development and continuously improve the level of customer service

Requirements :

• 3 years experience in Customer service (preferable from fashion company, because you will be work with Fashion);
• Organizational skills;
• Good communication skills;
