Currently, we are in search of an experienced Recruiter who can take ownership and drive our recruitment processes forward.
Our engineering team specializes in specific technologies such as Rust and Julia, making our recruitment process centered around research, innovative thinking, and delivering tangible results.
In our workflow, we utilize all necessary technologies such as LinkedIn, SalesQL, MixMax, AmazingHiring, HiBob, SmartRecruiters, HackerRank and more. However, we are always open to discussing and adopting new tools and technologies.
You will - Hire different specialists like developers, quantitative researchers, back office, etc.
- Conduct interviews and participate in assessments of the soft skills and competencies of candidates.
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
- Keep analytics and reporting on your work.
- Cooperate with and support hiring managers through the whole recruitment process and after.
Requirements - 4+ years of IT recruitment experience (fintech would be a plus).
- Experience hiring within a fast-growing company.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes.
- Experience in working closely with agencies when requiring additional support.
- Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
- Spoken and written English level C1.
