Freedom Finance Europe, part of a multinational US holding, listed on a NASDAQ, is looking for talented, creative and enthusiastic people with a high level of professional expertise.

Duties and responsibilities:
Assist the existing clients with their technical questions and help with working on the trading platform. Training related to the trading platform is provided;
Introducing of high standards of customer service.

Key Competencies & Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master of Economics/Finance or related field;
1-2 years customer support experience in the financial/investment sector experience with a Broker company is a plus;
Languages: fluent speaker Russian and English.

Fully remote work;
Working hours 16:00 - 23:00 Chita time (Moscow time 11:00-17:00), without lunch;
Service contract with a Cypriot company;
Monthly fixed payment in euros;
